This unit is most commonly used in conjuction with an outside wood furnace to transfer heat into your existing forced air system. It can also be used with any other source of hot water such as a boiler to create hot air. This exchanger is for use with ANY outdoor wood stove. And also features quality aluminum fins with seamless copper tubes. The coils fit snuggly in the boxes to minimize movement within the box. There are strips of styrofoam all the way around the manifold to prevent damage if dropped. The entire coil is packaged in a double wall, cardboard box. 13 GPM and 1600 CFM (air flow).
